Customer Service Questions
- Do you have a group discount program? If you purchase $500.00 or more worth of merchandise from us on one order you will receive a 10% discount on that order.
- What is your return policy? To view our return policy click here.
- How do I cancel or change my order? Please be aware that if you wish to cancel or change your order every effort will be made to attempt this, however your order may have already been shipped. If you wish to attempt to cancel or change your order please contact customer service immediately. If your order has shipped we will not be able to change or cancel it. If that is the case please refer to our refund/return policy.
- Do you charge sales tax on orders? We are located in New Jersey, therefore gift items and accessories are charged a 7% sales tax. All other items are NOT charged sales tax.

- Do you accept COD or check orders online? At this time we only accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) Google Checkout and PayPal to pay for online orders.
